I love these books. There aren’t too many publishers around these days you can trust. The type of publisher where their logo on the spine means a book is worth a closer look, whether you’ve heard of the author or not. Where you look at a list of their books and mentally check off those you’ve read, and are thrilled to see how many more are left to explore. New York Review Books is one of those publishers.

They say you’re not to judge a book by its cover, but hey–these look so good they draw you right in.
